1. Shipping Costs

• We charge a flat rate of ₹100 per order for delivery within India.

2. Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off Time

• Transit Time: Domestic shipments usually take 2–4 business days (Monday to Saturday).

• Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday).

• Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 11:00 PM IST (Kolkata time) will be processed the same day.

3. Delivery & Refund Terms

• We use FEDEX and Blue Dart for deliveries.

• All refunds are processed within 48 hours after the product is returned and received by Rustic Horse Glass Studio.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• For your convenience, Factoh.com offers Cash on Delivery for all domestic orders.

• 18% GST is included in all orders.

• Address cannot be changed once the order is in transit.
